Captain Rich reported a very tough day on the flukes grounds. It was like someone flipped a light switch from the day before. Only a small handful of fluke and sea bass were caught. We tried lots of spots but everywhere we went was more of the same. Tomorrow is another day and we will be sailing tomorrow morning at 7am.
First mate Danny said the morning half day was a slow pick. A couple, near 5 lb fluke, battled it out for the pool. A few throwbacks and a few seabass in the mix.
A few things to note :We will not have a morning half day trip scheduled for Sunday morning. We have plenty of room on the afternoon. We will also not have a morning half day trip on Wednesday June 28th, but will have a trip that afternoon.
