Captain Greg reported great night of fishing on the night bass boat. A full boat limit of fish in just over a hour!! The fish were coming in fast and furious at 5-8 keepers a drift. We did do some catch and release at the end of the night but we were done and headed to the barn early. Nothing to big for the pool but some really nice eating size. Photos from long time regular Ginny. We still have some room on tonight trip but spots are filling up fast.
Captain Mike reported good fishing for a great turn out of anglers today on the morning half day trip. Plenty of bomber sea bass to go around and some nice fluke in the mix. Some anglers went home with limits others only has 1-2. We will have both half day trips tomorrow at 8am and 1pm on the Admiral Frances.
Captain Rich reported a good day on the sea bass but slower on the fluke. Full boat limit of sea bass to 5 pounds. Some nice quality fluke today with the pool fish being around 7 pounds. The amount of sea bass in the waters have been down right amazing. Anglers are reporting that there baits are not even hitting the bottom before the sea bass hit it. This can be rather frustrating for those really want to get the fluke. Tomorrow is another day and we will be sailing at 7am on the Gail Frances.
