Captain Matt called in to report a very successful Monday marathon trip. We sailed with a sold out crowd looking to bend the rod on some very good fluke fishing. Despite not having a drift over .5 all day we did very full. Only a few handfuls shy of a full limit of fluke and sea bass. No real bell ringer fluke but 5 fish between 8-9 pounds battled it out. Matt did try a few different locations finding fluke at most and some grey ghost at other. Most anglers are going home with limit catches of fluke while other only had a few. We will continue these trips until the end of August on Mondays. These trips are reservation only.
Captain Mike reported a solid morning of sea bass fishing on the half day trips. We had a great group of anglers and they were treated to piles of sea bass. Only a few fluke made it over the rails but the ones that did were good quality. We will have both half tomorrow at 8am and 1pm.
