Captain Rich reported a slower day on the full day fluke boat. The weather was down right picture perfect. This is great for a boat ride but zero drift makes fluke fishing slow. high hooks had 6 keepers and a limit of sea bass. Even the sea bass didnt wanna feed heavy on the slower tide. Tomorrow is another day and we will be sailing at 7am.
Captain George reported slow fishing on the half day trips. Some sea bass and a few fluke made it over the rails. The biggest highlight of the day was on the morning trip where a monster fluke was taken. This 31″ 11pound monster fell to a gulp and spro combo. Tomorrow will be the last day of the half day season.
