Captain Matt reported a good day on the full day fluke boat. Many anglers are going home with both fluke and sea bass limits. 2 people shared high hook honors with 10 keepers. Todays pool fish was a fine 9.5lb slab. The biggest sea bass of the day was a true bomber of 26″!!! many sea bass in the 3-5lb range. Both long bait rigs and bucktails produced well today. Captain Rich said a good breeze all day kept the boat moving and the fish coming over the rails. Captain MAtt will be the the helm tomorrow for the 7am full day fluke trip.
First mate reported a very good morning half day trip. Anglers were treated to monster sea bass and plenty of them all morning long. Many anglers limited out on sea bass.One angler reported catching and releasing over 25 sea bass. Some fluke in the mix as well but the sea bass seemed to have taken over. Captain Mike reported a slow afternoon on the sea bass. The tide change seemed to shut down the bite . A few sea bass limits but not as many as the morning. Captain Mike will be sailing tomorrow morning at 8am and again for the half day trips
