Capt. George reported a slow night of night fishing despite a nice turnout of night fishing enthusiasts. A few bass and a handful of blue fish. Next night trip is set to sail Saturday Night at 7pm, September 20th aboard the Admiral Frances.
Weather looks incredible tomorrow. Capt. Rich will be ready to set sail aboard the Gail Frances at 7am for fluke/sea bass and whatever other hungry critters we come in contact with!
Captain Mike reported a decent tuna trip. The weather was better then they were calling for but the larger swell hurt the fishing some. Nealry 20 yellows to 90 pounds made it in to the boat. About the same number were lost on both bait and jigs. Some mahi in the mix as well. High high hook went home with 3 yellows. Our next trip is scheduled to set sail Wednesday night and then Friday night. There is still plenty of room on the next 2 trips.
Captain Ray reported a OK day of the scup boat. The scup fishing was on the slower side but the sea bass fishing was great. Full boat limit of quality sea bass to 4 pounds High hook caught over 25 sea bass(orl). Every were Ray went the scup would start coming but then the sea bass would take over. Our next scup trip will be sailing Wednesday at 7am.
